Update on our contributions to the lower-level Rust numerical array stack:
- Mdarray-linalg: idiomatic and efficient linear algebra operations,
- Matamorph: translation layer between different array libs,
- Opticon: optimal tensor network contraction algorithms.

Update on our work-in-progress tensor network library Tensoratu: the biggest user-visible change is an almost completely rewritten design document that incorporates lessons from the recent Grenoble tensor workshop.
